Job Summary

Description

Overall Goal: Current Account RMwill be responsiblefor

Acquisition of new Business Entitycustomers and creating CA Book

Management of Acquired Current Account customers

Enhancement of the relationship bycross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the thesecurrent account customers

Deepening the size of therelationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible servicesand being the dedicated point of contact for these customers

Make RBL Bank a primary bank forcustomer and get maximum wallet share

Key Result / Responsibility Areas:

a)Acquisition of Business Entity(Current Account) customers

Acquisitionof NTB High Value Current Accounts

NTBAcquisition of Current accounts dealing in international Trade

Identifyand Acquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with Trade Limits vizBuyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc

AcquireNew to Bank customer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, Cash ManagementServices & Door Step Banking, API Banking and other allied Current Accountservices

RM will have to create his own CAbook by self-sourcing, Market Visit & Industry & Area Scoping, ExternalReferences & Leads.

b)Portfolio Management

Engage with Acquired customer onregular basis and ensure that Group company and Family customers also bank withRBL Bank

Regularly interact with thecustomer to build rapport, customer profiling should be used to set customerlevel objectives post discussion branch Manager/TL. Customer interaction to beregular updated in system provided.

Ensure that within eachcustomer group a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products aresold as per the customers profile and needs. RM to Cross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activateusage.

Enhance Values within each of thecustomer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activated

Cross Sell Bank Products forrevenue generation and engagement

Basiscustomer business requirement cross sell products like POS , Payment Gateway,Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , Doorstep Banking Services.

CrossSell various RBL Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans to customersand related group business/ family

Driveactive business transaction through RBL bank account

Shouldknow the customers business in order to provide banking and financialsolutions

Registercustomer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bank

B) CustomerServices

Ensure quality customer service isdelivered

Recording complaints as per thespecified process

Resolving all complaints receivedfrom portfolio customers within the stipulated TATs and ensureappropriate customer communication on closures

Preventive complaintmanagement by regular interaction with the customers

C) TargetAchievement

PC- RM will be given a quarterlyand yearly target on revenue, product cross sell and book value build up

Basis the Target the RM will betracked on regular basis for achievement of the Targets

CA RM will be evaluated onPortfolio Score Card
