About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Research: Perform interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behavior.
- Create Visual Designs: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Conduct Usability Testing: Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously refine and improve user interfaces.
- Maintain Design Consistency: Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent branding and UX across platforms.
- Improve User Experience: Solve design challenges through innovative UI/UX solutions that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design process and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and responsive design principles.
- Experience designing for multiple devices and platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, HCI, or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, motion design, or Agile methodologies is a strong advantage.
