Job Title: Go-To-Market Engineer

Location: Mohali

The Role

As a GTM Engineer, you will play a critical role in scaling BotPenguin s revenue operations by building automated, data-driven systems for lead generation, pipeline management, and campaign optimization. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement automation strategies, integrate tools, and optimize growth funnels.

What you need for this role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in a GTM Technical or Solutions Engineering role.

  • Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise in growth operations.
  • Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and sales pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data processing and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, CRM systems (HubSpot), and automation tools (Zapier, Pabbly, or similar).
  • Proficiency in building scalable automated systems.
  • Quick to adapt and learn new growth technologies
  • Ability to experiment, iterate, and scale successful growth strategies.

What you will be doing

  • Buyer Journey Optimization: Design and optimize the full-funnel buyer journey, from ICP identification to revenue conversion.
  • Tech Stack Integration: Use SQL/Python/APIs or other suitable tech stack to integrate marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage outbound and inbound campaigns, leveraging automation and analytics to improve performance.
  • Data & Analytics: Build dashboards, implement tracking mechanisms, and generate reports to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Scalability & Efficiency: Ensure automation systems and growth campaigns scale effectively as the pipeline grows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align GTM initiatives with business goals.

Qualification :
