Job Summary

Responsibilities Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders and internal clients to ensure the successful execution of talent management strategies Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Monitor and report on Talent succession planning Identify and evaluate training needs for teams and individuals Provide guidance and suggest new Talent strategies Oversee and manage orientation and onboarding programs for new hires Manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy Process employee documentation and maintain employee records Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences (as needed) Providing administration support for our new physical office in Bangalore Requirements Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role Demonstrated track record of successful talent management strategies and execution Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in communication and relationship building Ability to think strategically and execute tactically while achieving goals and deadlines How you will enrich us?
