Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
• Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to create new opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for senior sales or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates.
• Clearly articulate complex IT services (cloud, AI, data, software development) to business leaders.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client pain points and position IT services as value-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 2 5 years of experience in inside sales or business development (IT services/SaaS preferred).
• Proven success in lead generation and pipeline development.
• Experience selling to North American and EU markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services (cloud, AI, data, software development preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
