We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation, build strong client pipelines, and support our global IT services business. The ideal candidate has experience in IT/SaaS sales, understands international markets, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to create new opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for senior sales or technical teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Clearly articulate complex IT services (cloud, AI, data, software development) to business leaders.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client pain points and position IT services as value-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in inside sales or business development (IT services/SaaS preferred).
- Proven success in lead generation and pipeline development.
- Experience selling to North American and EU markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services (cloud, AI, data, software development preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
