Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

1.To follow up with colleagues team members for release of offer letter and ensure All KYC documents are updated 3.To maintain correspondence with client managers to ensure maintenance of smooth records of employees 5.To ensure maintenance of Database of the company. 6.Ability to deliver the required information for the management from time to time 7. Timely release of offer letters to newly joined employees and follow up for KYC documents and coordination with finance department 8.Accept and adapt to new work policy from management from time to time that may be done 9.Work with company management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees 10.Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current 11.Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive 12.Coordinate and work activities for managers and employees
