Description Role Description This role is for a CRM Analytics Quality (Q3) Engineering Team that help build high-quality analytics that is mission-critical for our customers and partners businesses. We are looking for multiple Q3 Engineers (MTS, SMTS, LMTS) with strong communications and inter-personal skills and with a self-starter attitude to help us build world class Analytics Products. As a Q3 engineer you collaborate with cross-functional teams and will influence the design and drive our # value Trust across teams. You will need to have hands on programming experience (Java, JS or Python) and need to know how to produce a good test plan/spec. You will help the organization develop customer centric quality aware culture. You will responsible for proposing and developing the tools and testing frameworks requirements, to improve engineers productivity in environment setup, testing automation. You will build, enhance, monitor and maintain necessary test automation infrastructure to support this effort. Responsibilities This position is more aligned with the company's strategic initiatives and programs. Being part of a team with Hybrid engineers, this individual is expected to help us ensure every line of code we push to production is of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle; experience in design, analysis, debugging, quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices; hands-on skills with force.com, Apex, LWC, Mulesoft, CI/CD and test automation tools. The candidate must be able to learn quickly, work in a fast paced team driven environment, and have the ability to communicate and collaborate well with cross functional teams, Be part of one or more development Scrum teams and own multiple features in their product area, including complex or highly ambiguous features. Develop a broader understanding of platform and applications and an in-depth understanding of product areas that their Scrum teams own. Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies and support Scrum teams Design and develop the test and deliver frameworks and harnesses Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.) Be responsive to bugs and prioritized customer investigations. Required Qualifications BE/Btech or MS/Mtech in Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter, who can work independently, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills. 8-12+ years of experience in testing analytical applications, force.com experience in Automation and building test frameworks Experience in identifying and writing effective end to end development, review and unit tests Experience with data query languages (e.g. SQL) and understanding of relational/ columnar data stores Nice to Have Qualifications Experience with CICD Familiarity with Einstein GPT features Salesforce is looking for technically strong, energetic, highly collaborative, and passionate leaders to lead our software engineering teams!
