We re looking for a seasoned design executive and product strategist to lead high-impact design teams focused on building intuitive, intelligent, and engaging user experiences. You will drive the evolution of our next-generation AI-driven CRM and experience platform, redefining how users engage with data, automation, and digital workflows.

What You ll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire a team of top-tier designers across multiple products and platforms
• Recruit, mentor, and retain world-class UI/UX talent
• Drive the strategic vision for user-centered design across the Salesforce digital experience platform
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Research to build high-impact user experiences
• Deliver cutting-edge AI-powered, agentic interfaces that use contextual data, smart assistance, and natural interactions to simplify workflows
• Champion design thinking and a systems-level approach to solving complex enterprise UX challenges
• Own the design execution from ideation to launch ensuring consistency, usability, and excellence at every touchpoint
• Utilize analytics, user research, and feedback to continually iterate and enhance product design
• Promote and enforce Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and reusable design patterns

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing innovative, user-focused digital products in high-performance environments
• 3+ years in a senior leadership or people management role within UI/UX or product design teams
• Proven success leading the full product lifecycle from concept and prototyping to final delivery
• Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, UX research, and interaction design
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformations in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Strong communication and influencing skills to align design vision across global stakeholders
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environments
• Mastery of industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• A passion for simple, elegant solutions to complex user problems
• Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

• Expertise in design systems and UI frameworks
• Background in CRM, enterprise software, or complex data-driven platforms
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles
