Project Manager (m|f|d) Quality Planning Job in Sartourius Ag

• You will develop the strategy for the introduction and continuous improvement of advanced product quality planning (APQP) and the product & production process approval process (PPAP) and implement it successfully
• The development of production control plans, work, testing and qualification instructions ensures
• Standards for the creation of data-based qualification and validation protocols (product, process, equipment, CSV, ) are established and implemented by you
• In global projects you will lead and moderate product and process FMEAs
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the (further) development of the error catalogue and apply it in the FMEAs with the aim of reducing quality problems
• In addition, your tasks include the management, approval and optimization of measurement system analyses and the test equipment for attribute testing
• The transfer of best practice solutions from and to other global Sartorius locations is also your responsibility

• You have successfully completed your master's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering and management
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in quality management and are an expert in the moderation and implementation of FMEA, Quality-functiondeployment (QFD) in the application of APIS
• You are very confident in the implementation of regulatory requirements according to ISO 9001 | 13485 | 14000, GMP, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
• Furthermore, you have experience in project management and the application of SixSigma methods, MSA and SPC
• Systems from the MS Office package as well as SAP E2P are sure to use
• Strong communication, presentation, organisational and leadership skills round off your profile
• Fluency in English (French or Mandarin is also desirable) and a global willingness to travel (approx. 35%) is required
