Job Title: Lead Designer / Front-End Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, talented, and knowledgeable Lead Designer / Front-End Developer capable of producing stunning, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, superior UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into seamless interaction flows and visual artifacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, Adobe Photoshop, jQuery, Bootstrap 4
  • Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS
  • Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Excellent time-management, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong eye for aesthetics including layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and debugging of web interfaces
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members

Good to Have Skills:

  • Result-oriented and dedicated team player with proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Angular, React, and Material UI

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features with a focus on usability and performance
  • Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs for a seamless user experience across devices
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use and scalability
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, collaborating closely with design and development teams
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Validate all user inputs before submitting to back-end services
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across departments
  • Lead and mentor junior developers and designers to foster professional growth and maintain high standards
