Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to join our team in Jaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates eager to build a career in business analysis. You will support the collection and documentation of business requirements and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document clear business requirements
  • Assist in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable specifications
  • Work alongside senior business analysts and project managers to align requirements with business goals
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Support the creation and maintenance of key project documents such as BRDs, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases
  • Follow established business analysis processes and contribute to process consistency
  • Maintain process documentation and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and other project team members to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to business analysis
  • Take initiative for professional development through training, certifications, or conferences

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with internship/academic experience in business analysis or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong interest in understanding business processes and technology applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to clearly and concisely document requirements
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and apply new concepts in business analysis
  • Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
