Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2 4 Years

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to craft stunning, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into intuitive interaction flows and visually appealing, functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new user-facing features with a focus on usability and aesthetics
  • Create responsive and adaptive UI designs for various devices and platforms
  • Build reusable UI components and libraries for future scalability
  • Ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and responsiveness
  • Validate user inputs before submission to back-end services
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions
  • Mentor and coach junior designers, promoting design best practices

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, Adobe Photoshop, jQuery, and Bootstrap 4
  • Strong conceptual understanding of UI design principles and the overall design process
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors like LESS and SASS
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest web trends, technologies, and techniques
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, including layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography
  • Proficient in cross-browser compatibility and debugging web interfaces

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience working in a results-driven, collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Angular, React, and Material UI frameworks
