Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Lifecycle Campaigns to drive merchants through ecommerce business activation funnel, features optimisation for orders and GMV performance.
  • Accountable for customer journeys for each sub-group of customers, based on their behaviour at each nodal point, analyse data points for optimisation.
  • Lead efforts to significant, measurable volumes come through the funnel via well-designed campaigns with relevant content and messaging.
  • Manage , analyze and deliver merchant engagement campaigns from briefing to success based on business objectives, merchant challenges and deep-dive data analysis ensuring repeatability of successManage QA for creation and execution of campaign modules that will educate and influence the merchant.
  • Design, Build, document and implement various A/B testing mechanisms to establish innovative and agile campaigns.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders across functions (marketing, product and engineering) on design, event additions, link execution, planning and executing of all campaign using the automated communication solution.
  • Establish and maintain processes to communicate and share best practices across organization.
  • Generate ideas on visibility to support merchant activation and growth, exclusive brands/product launches within campaigns etc.
  • Develop campaign post-mortems to guide future campaign optimization.
  • Strong communication with Shopmatic partners and partner tools to troubleshoot any issue that may arise.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive with a passion for e-Commerce and merchant engagement communication.
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies and customer funnel optimisation.
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Consumer behaviour or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in Marketing or Campaign Operations management.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce industry or online marketing a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs.
