Job Summary
    Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create unique baked goods based on client specifications
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times and meets all local health code requirements
  • Developing creative customized cakes and baked goods for banquets and weddings
  • Maintain a stock of sample pastries that can be presented to people considering working with our business for their special event
  • Meet with guests reserving banquet halls to discuss specific baking needs and any special requests

Diploma in Hotel Management,BHM in Hotel Management,B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management
