Job Title: Web Designer / HTML Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop e-commerce and CMS-based websites.
• Create and code web pages that adhere to design and coding standards.
• Ensure 100% responsive design and cross-browser compatibility on all projects.
• Design landing pages, perform PSD to HTML conversions, and deploy them on web servers.
• Convert designs from Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc., into HTML/CSS that meet web standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to define, capture, and document customer requirements, while executing project deliverables according to the plan.
• Implement PSD or designs into WordPress templates/themes.
• Provide website maintenance services for both existing and new clients.
• Communicate with clients to implement changes in website layout, fix bugs, and deliver final projects.
• Develop and execute creative and interactive design concepts.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends.
• Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of design and development.

Skill Set:

• Strong knowledge of PSD to HTML conversion is essential.
• Good understanding of web accessibility, web standards, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, Responsive Designs, JavaScript, jQuery, SCSS/SASS.
• Passion for UI development and responsive web design, with the ability to share this passion with team members and clients.
• Experience with WordPress and PHP.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Bootstrap 4 and 5 frameworks.
• Knowledge of the latest web design trends and online best practices.
