Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning algorithms across Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning domains. The role requires strong technical leadership skills to mentor and manage a team of AI/ML developers while delivering scalable, high-performance AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models focused on NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Mentor and manage a team of AI/ML developers, promoting best practices and quality code.
  • Experiment with and apply new AI/ML methodologies and technologies to enhance model performance and scalability.
  • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML fields, particularly NLP and deep learning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of software development experience with 3+ years focused on AI/ML, especially NLP.
  • Proven experience leading and managing AI/ML development teams.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, HuggingFace and computer vision tools like OpenCV.
  • Practical knowledge of transformer models such as GPT-3, BERT, and deep learning architectures including CNN, RNN, GAN, and LSTM.
  • Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts and advanced techniques.
  • Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms like AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud AI.
  • Experience in chatbot development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams effectively.
