Role Overview

We re looking for a smart, creative, and quick-witted Video Editor with 1 2 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment. You should be a master of the editing suite, a detail freak, and someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit compelling, high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools.
• Work across diverse clients and formats, adapting to today s ever-evolving media landscape.
• Create videos from scratch or using existing templates, including 2D animations and stock footage edits.
• Understand storyboards and bring ideas to life with sharp visuals and engaging pacing.
• Ensure final videos meet all technical specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to execute strong visual concepts.
• Prepare rough cuts and polished final drafts while iterating based on feedback.
• Keep an eye on editing trends and continuously push creative boundaries.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism when working to deadlines.

What We re Looking For

• 1 2 years of relevant experience in video editing (preferably in an agency setup).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite primarily Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A strong visual eye and a deep understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with current design/video trends and content formats.
• A sense of ownership, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• High levels of creativity with a drive to challenge the norm.
• Ability to both work independently and thrive in collaborative environments.

• Can create slick 2D animations or kinetic text videos.
• Know how to manipulate stock footage into high-impact content.
• Are known for pitching crazy ideas that somehow always work.
