Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 10 years of proven experience in Business Development within the IT/ITES domain
  • Strong understanding of software services and enterprise solutions
  • Experience in functional demonstrations and customer-facing technology consulting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations
  • Presales experience in enterprise software is a strong plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations
  • Strong skills in documentation, sales forecasting, and performance reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Generate and nurture leads across multiple channels to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Act as a liaison between clients and software development teams to ensure clear communication and project success
  • Support presales activities, including delivering functional product demonstrations
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication and collaboration across departments
