About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design Team at Square Yards. You ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of the brand through compelling motion graphics and animation. From major brand campaigns to internal communications, you will be the driving force behind impactful, memorable content that enhances our visual presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for brand campaigns, marketing assets, events, and product storytelling.
• Lead and evolve the motion design language for Square Yards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, business leaders, and project managers to align design execution with strategic goals.
• Develop creative briefs, storyboards, mood boards, and animatics to communicate concepts clearly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, special effects, particle systems, and compositing techniques.
• Guide the animation pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Pitch creative concepts and manage end-to-end execution across multiple projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and scale the visual identity system.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in motion design and animation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition.
• Strong understanding of animation pipelines and industry-standard production processes.
• Experience in sound design, recording, or production is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to tell compelling visual stories through design and animation.
• Skilled at developing creative briefs, visual references, and storyboards.
• A sharp eye for detail, consistency, and design system application.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Up to date with emerging tools, platforms, and trends in motion graphics.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
