Job Summary
Offer product expertise Attend client meetings (typically remotely, by phone or Teams) Document meeting outcomes Analyse client requirements Document client requirements Write user stories from documented requirements Write acceptance criteria for user stories Develop wireframes Create user flows Research competitors and competitor products Conduct end-user research Manually test acceptance criteria from user stories Work with Tech Leads to refine and agree on the scope and detail of tasks Help product team with product-related work as necessary
Requirements
- Ability to deliver accurate and detailed documentation
- Experience gathering and interrogating the correct requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly analytical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience leading a project team
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban
- Ability to write clear user stories
- Lead estimations and simplify where needed
- Ability to write acceptance criteria
- Wireframing basics
- 3+ years' experience
