Job Description
Co-own multiple strategic projects and new initiatives impacting customer/partner experience and drive programs to bring positive change in business metrics along with business and tech leaders
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects involving multiple functions
Build and use tools and project trackers to monitor the progress of various programs
Develop performance metrics / success criteria for the programs to assist with driving business results.
Assume responsibility for the program, people and vendors
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Must be able to predict bottlenecks systematically, escalate problems or deviations to the relevant stakeholders and monitor mitigation mechanisms to ensure they are delivered.
Ensure that the program metrics for the quarter are achieved and do whatever it takes to get the program on track
Prepare reports for business leaders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Program Manager with 3+ years of experience in any technology enabled business. MBA from premier B School
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to influence across the organisation
Ability to interact with leadership stakeholders
Minimum 3 Years
