Job Summary
Key Deliverables :-
Lead the pricing team of Inter-city business vertical; Core member of the growth teamManager a 2-4 member team of pricing analysts/ managers; set targets for them & monitor their outputDevelop pricing strategies across inter-city routes;Implement pricing decisions to maximize seat occupancy & revenueWork with third party automation solutions to develop a customised solution for ShuttlMonitor market trends to understand and benchmark competitor pricing to assist strategiesDesign pricing experiments, A/B testing campaigns to evaluate different pricing strategies
Experience Requirements :-
Work experience in revenue management in Airlines or hotel industry preferred orExperience in an analytics firm.Strong Excel & data analytics skill
Educational Qualifications:-
Btech./ BE/ Other undergraduate degree from a reputed college MBA from a top tier college.
Behavioural competencies :-
Goal/Outcome Oriented Data/Tech Driven Teamwork.
