Role: Linux Server Administration Trainer
Job location: Delhi / Bengaluru

About Role:

Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person technical training in line with industry-recognized
best practices on command line management of Linux systems and protocols such as DNS,
HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP.
The candidate should know Installing and configuring Linux RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, and
troubleshooting skills.
Intermediate database knowledge Install, configure, upgrade, migrate and automate
Application Server and Web Server environments and knowledge on Cloud Computing.
Experience with routers/UTM/Firewall (Cisco/Sonicwall/ Cyberoam) and Knowledge of UNIX
/ Linux scripting (shell/pearl/python).
Develop pedagogy for both students, working professionals, and Corporates.
Design quality self-paced recorded training sessions on all the latest Virtualization
Technologies for students, working professionals, and corporates.
Continuously improve on teaching methodology to suit online model to lead to high student
satisfaction.
Develop and retain an up-to-date knowledge of current working practices.
Carry out course monitoring and evaluation collating participants' training, assessment
report at every fortnight.
Create high quality training materials for the candidates
Mentor other instructors/team leaders/Subject Matter Experts in the content and course
delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
Maintain the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course s life cycle.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years experience on Linux server administration
Must have RHCSA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work with data and uncover insights into the consumer mindset
Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized
network training lab environments, administrating LMS systems for reporting, and authoring
exams and self-assessment surveys.
Experience in eLearning video development using Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate
software.
Experience working with a variety of workstation, server, router and switch operating
systems and endpoint technologies.
