Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences for mobile apps, with a specific focus on fintech products. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 30,000 INR.
Responsibilities:1. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications.2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.3. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.4. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to iterate on designs.5. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all projects.6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.2. Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs.3. Experience working on at least 2 fintech product designs (mobile or web).4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.7. Availability for a full-time commitment of 8 hours/day.8. Expected duration of engagement: 5 weeks.
