Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Business Development Associate to expand our presence among coaching classes and training institutes in Nagpur. This field sales role focuses on developing institutional partnerships, promoting educational solutions, and achieving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard coaching classes, tuition centers, and training institutes.
  • Promote and sell educational offerings, including study materials and test series.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with owners, directors, and faculty.
  • Conduct product presentations and commercial negotiations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and regular reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 4 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Nagpur.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification :
