Job Summary

Broad Role Description
Will be managing team of Partner Manager ICS in the allocated territory.
This team is responsible for acquisition of new ICS Business - through channel partners. He/she will be responsible for delivering the targeted numbers of the team. Will be supporting the team to conduct the daily activities seamlessly and will engage with CFTs to resolve issues, if any.
Key Role Deliverables;
Will be responsible for forming strategies and methods specific to him/her for driving the Sales KPIs for himself and the team.
Will be responsible to driving his team to ensure that all of team member qualify for incentive progra
Will be responsible ensuring that all the channel partners managed by him/her team are highly motivated and are meeting their ROI plans in association with TTL.
Will be responsible for setting-up framework for developing and optimizing outcome of each of his team members including channel partners.
Will be responsible for driving sales agenda in the CFT meetings to ensure that the Sales KPIs are fulfilled on time.
Will be responsible for ensuring capacity utilization by coordinating with Marketing, Demand generation and service delivery.
Will be responsible to manage and drive ICS business specific deliverables in all the regions and CFTs
Right Person (Qualification & Experience)
Preferably Postgraduate with a major in Marketing or Management
Total Experience: 14-18Years. 4-6 years of experience in handling Team Lead Role with on-roll team members
Experience in Selling ICS products is a must. Should have experience in dealing with IOT, Security, Cloud etc. products/services. Certification in ICS products/services will be an added advantage.
Account Management experience is desirable.
Should have managed in teams in other/remote locations.
Strong communication skills across all modes (oral, written) and excellent interpersonal skills across hierarchy (from senior management to junior team members) is essential. Should be an organized and strong negotiator, and be aware of and responsive to economic trends, government policies and commercial fluctuations
Must have considerable Business, Market & Network/Technology Knowledge.
Strategic Capability in areas of Market/Network planning and capacity creation
Must be well versed with virtual meeting. Should be able to conduct reviews, sales meeting, customer meeting Over Video/Webconferencing and other means of digital tools.
Understanding of tracking solution, migration steps of data center/cloud, Various of APIs as reference to SaS/ Basics of security threats and Mitigation/ Segment based understanding of off prem migration and services
