Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and build lasting client relationships in the IT industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads and prospecting new clients through various channels.
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to highlight IT solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to close new business deals.
  • Driving sales growth by acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional IT products or services to existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular updates to sales management.
  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet targets and revenue goals.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the IT sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve results.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-person client meetings to present and demonstrate products and services.
  • Establishing new business relationships and expanding the client base in Gujarat.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting performance.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote business development.
  • Negotiating contracts and packages with clients.
  • Working toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Additional Information:

  • Preferred: Male candidates only.
  • Must own a two-wheeler.
  • Salary: Up to 30,000 per month.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field.
