Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team of eCommerce Growth Strategists to achieve revenue targets. Develops Strategists to ensure they are meeting performance metrics, coaching, and training on an ongoing basis.
  • Responsible for coaching and career development of the team. Collaborate cross-functionally with other organizational leaders to improve internal operations within ThinkWhy's service offerings.
  • Lead process to ensure each Ecommerce Growth Strategists are successfully launching new client accounts.
  • Regularly assist Ecommerce Growth Strategists with account and/or client issues and develop skills on an ongoing basis.
  • Structure, track and improve performance and KPIs. Upselling additional marketing channels and ThinkWhy offerings.
  • Lead all cross-division client communication and ensure timelines for projects & deliverables are met.
  • Support team in meeting evolving client needs and cultivate long-term relationships. Lead a rock-star team in achieving their dreams.
  • Strategically plan advertising campaigns and effectively communicate a clear hypothesis and objective to both your team and clients. Using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc. you analyze historical performance and make recommendations about how to improve future performance.
  • Understand your client s goals, the budget you have to work with, & what success looks like when making decisions.
  • Determine when there is a need for outside assistance, freelancers, copywriters, and production, and allocate your resources accordingly.
  • Leverage campaign performance data (Brand campaigns, Influencer campaigns, etc.), industry and audience insights to create strategic recommendations that will deliver on client KPIs.
  • Scope management to ensure the client is being flagged of overages or rush fees.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for key accounts.
  • Knowledge sharing with the greater team to build more understanding about eCommerce growth strategies
  • Monitor and report on the established team & client KPIs using internal dashboards.
  • Conduct biweekly meetings with your team and clients to review performance metrics and best practices, including campaign reporting.

Must-haves for you to land this opportunity:

  • 2 to 5 years experience creating and executing big ideas at an agency (external or internal) focused on eCommerce brands.
  • Strong pitching, presentation, and communication/ writing skills. Familiar with the fundamentals of Facebook and Google advertising.
  • Experience in Amazon Advertising Console & Seller Central
  • Ability to provide clear marketing conceptual direction and to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management and project management skills
  • Experience in creating new processes & process adoption.
  • A strong understanding of current and future digital marketing trends you know what ll be in before it s in, and what ll be out before it s out.
  • Attention to detail if a font s off-brand, you raise hell. A willingness to reject work when it s not good enough and the ability to kindly articulate why. Clear is kind.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade clients and diplomatically resolve conflict.
  • Ability to learn new tools/courses proactively and translate them into desired results.
  • Good turnaround time with good quality work.
