Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code based on project requirements
- Monitor and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve technical queries
- Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile principles
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A graduate from any discipline with 4 7 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Proven experience with at least one MVC framework such as Spring or Struts
- Comfortable working with Eclipse or NetBeans IDEs
- Proficient in using relational databases and ORM frameworks like Hibernate
- Experience with at least one source control management (SCM) tool and automated unit testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and deployment pipelines
