Assistant Manager Design (Structural Engineer)

Location: Navi Mumbai


Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with 2 5 years of experience to join our Design team as an Assistant Manager Design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the detailed design of various concrete bridge structures and a solid understanding of structural engineering principles and software tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and analysis of concrete bridge structures, including highway bridges, river bridges, interchanges, ROBs, viaducts, flyovers, and cable-stayed bridges.
  • Participate in detailed design projects from concept through to execution.
  • Utilize structural design software such as STAAD, MIDAS, and similar tools for analysis and modeling.
  • Prepare design documentation, calculation reports, and assist in reviewing drawings and technical submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to relevant design standards and codes.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • M.Tech in Structural Engineering

Experience:

  • 2 5 years of experience in structural design, particularly in bridge projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of bridge design software such as STAAD, MIDAS, etc.
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with relevant design standards and codes.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualification :
M.Tech in Structural Engineering
