Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive Sales Support for our EV Solutions Division, specializing in domestic operations. The role involves managing sales order processing, customer coordination, and providing operational support for electric vehicle products such as charging cables, EV chargers, and PDUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Handle customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and coordinate sales appointments.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team by organizing and distributing sales leads and data.
• Maintain accurate sales tracking tools and develop performance reports.
• Monitor and record sales trends; collaborate with account managers on strategic insights.
• Process standard and rush orders, track pending requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage customer accounts, assist with order troubleshooting and documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report generation.
• Coordinate customer meetings, conferences, and internal team schedules.
• Report unusual or urgent issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics); MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or EV industry.
• Proven expertise in sales support, operations, or business development within a B2B setting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in data handling, reporting, and office tools.
