Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Work with the leadership and with key stakeholders to develop talent management strategy Design, manage and conduct the full-cycle recruitment process from consultancy to hiring manager, to candidate s sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, and support in the selection decision Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities Assist in employer branding initiatives, serving as brand ambassador at various events, like job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events, working closer to Communication and Corporate HR departments addressing talent acquisition challenges Develop networking and building long term relationships with potential candidates Assist to Build, engage, manage, and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Measure efficiency of the processes through HR analytics and suggest solutions to boost these processes.

Requirements:

Familiarity with various recruitment and sourcing portals Deep understanding of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our business, technical and cultural demands. extensive market research to attract right talent Ability to come up with innovative initiatives to brand and attract talent Ability to conduct market research to benchmark talent acquisition strategy Prior experience in handling and streamlining talent acquisition activities in a growing startup firm Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven Good to Have: Knowledge of different interview techniques and evaluation methods Strong digital and innovation mindset Strong analytical and negotiation skills
