• Daily MIS to all AP Region Branches
• Operational reports sharing to all AP Region Branches
• Looking mails for pending data
  • Rectification
  • Data transfer
  • Data movement
  • Pending delivery branch movement from one branch to another
  • Following with corporate office
• Looking for system issue from branch
• Daily looking for CR & inward incoming at HYD and follow up with branches to update inward and giving the same TUR to driver for payment and giving the PODs to PODCELL for despatches
• Coordinating with CSAOAP & Keyaccount and delivery / booking branches for pending CR and TUR
• (Apart from above some part of work giving sharing in Billing and contract and visiting branches as per SOP of corporate office and resolving problems)

Weekly work

• Preparing FTL costing
• Giving data for missing

Monthly work

• Preparing Deficit report
• Preparing BOD file
• Preparing IT MIS
• Preparing MRM file
• Preparing Executive file
