Job Summary
  • Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in IT.
  • Willing to work in US shift (3:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST / 4:30 PM IST 2:00 AM IST per business requirement).
  • Be the escalation focal point for technical operations delivery (Cloud/Datacenter, CFS and DWP).
  • To interface with Customer on operational escalations and delivery reviews.
  • Drive the Daily / Weekly / Monthly operations call. Provide insight to trend analysis, take proactive actions to drive service improvements.
  • Drive defined action items for closure with team.
  • Review SLA, report, drive proactive action with team before breaches.
  • Assist team in providing root cause, ways to avoid in the future, opportunities for improvements, etc.
  • Onsite/offshore communication management and coordination.
  • Involved in the Incident management process, guiding team in problem analysis, communication management, crisis management, and emergency fixes etc.
  • Conducting TAM\'s (Team Action Meetings), Weekly team meetings and review on deliverables
  • Handling offshore deliverables in close coordination with SDM.
  • Mentoring Team as per project needs.
  • Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
  • Defining new process and procedure for operations.
  • Periodic evolution of SLA metrics and Audits.
  • Ensure adherence to the quality process, audit preparation, participation and reviews.
  • Role: works under broad direction. Has technical responsibility for work performed and decisions taken.
