Business Summary: Cloud Commerce Billing
The Billing SaaS Engineering group is responsible for driving all the engineering and operational aspects related to the billing. Major focus areas include integration the business unit defining and tracking the overall business goals and KPIS, enabling cross- functional collaboration, driving executional effectiveness across engineering, carrying out business planning with Finance and acting as the key liaison with SaaS backend operations teams such as Deal Management, Order Management, Pricing.
Job Role and Responsibility:
- The current opening is for a Program manager/Saas Engineering Practitioner who can function as the day to day lead and owner for all aspects related to SaaS backend operations that impact the billing
- Work closely with engineering and products teams and act as the day to day owner for all matters related to Billing projects .
- Develop expertise on billing systems.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards related to SaaS billing
- Drive data quality, process and automation to improve operational efficiencies for the billing.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Self-motivated with good time and project management skills.

- Experience using CRM applications; Salesforce.com a plus.
- Comfortable with the use of tools employed for agile programs like JIRA/Rally, Confluence, Slack etc. for program management.
