Job Description:

We re searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team and help take our services to new heights.
Proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering.
Ability to evaluate and analyze complex information.

Skills Required:

Proven ability to quickly capture documentation requirements from key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project documentation.
Ability to write user-friendly technical content that effectively communicates complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to manage and organize existing documents and perform gap analysis on existing documents to identify risks that block business goals.
Experience in developing plagiarism free marketing content including marketing copies, corporate artifacts, and direct customer communications such as blogs, web content, and newsletters.
Capture documentation feedback from stakeholders to deliver comprehensive, accurate, and usable content.
Proven ability to collaborate with other technical writers and SMEs to assure technical accuracy and documentation standards.
Previous experience writing customer facing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience working with cross functional teams to improve user experience, optimize UI, refine content and create visuals for technical content.
Experience using XML tools to create documentation.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in relevant technical field.
