Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer & Administrator (Trained Fresher) who has recently completed Salesforce training. You will assist senior team members in customizing, configuring, and supporting the Salesforce platform to meet client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience and grow their Salesforce career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Salesforce customization using Apex coding and Visualforce pages.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools.
• Support user management including creation of users, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Help create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Assist with data imports, exports, and general data maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic platform issues and support end users.
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices and new platform features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Completed Salesforce training or certification in Development and Administration.
• Good knowledge of Apex (triggers, classes), Visualforce, and declarative configuration tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce workflows, process automation, and security settings.
• Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I) are a plus but not mandatory.
