Job Summary
  • Must have good experience in Talent Acquisition & Initial Screening of candidates profile
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring process
  • Direct disciplinary procedures
  • Handle Employee Grievances
  • On-boarding of New Hires
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook updated
  • Administer or change in employee benefits, health plans etc.
  • Monitor Attendance & Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Ownership and maintain the Employee documents
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
  • Responsible for end to end resignation process including PF
