Product Analyst Job in Zeomega

The Product Analyst is responsible to conceptualize solution framework for product requirements and deliver functional blueprint. Define the product component scope in sync with overall product vision and work closely with engineeringteams to deliver winning products. Additionally, undertake artefact review to ensure quality deliverables. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Analyst job also includes ensuring that the product supports the companys overall strategy and goals.

• Work with Product Managers to define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned Modules.
• Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules.
• Be an expert on assigned product components & understand our competition very well.
• Review Gap analysis for assigned projects and projects in pipe and provide expert solution.
• Drive & manage Jiva core product track and client specific solutions track side by side
• Deliver product artifacts (BCDs, BRDs and PRD/FRS).
• Provide artifacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries.
• Carry out thorough market research, competitors research, policy impacts & tech feasibility.
• Work with PD teams to share product vision, clarify queries, resolve issues & provide solutions.
• Work as SPOC on assigned module for Implementation team to provide expert solutions for gaps.
• Work with SMEs to review solutions for policy & customer practices impact on ER/CR & NPIs.
• Work with SMEs all cross-functional teams to bring ideas for ER/NPIs and prepare business case.
• Be creative & curious to bring NPI, continuous enhancements.

• Interact with clients, as needed, along with CSG BAs.
• Prepare artefacts such as ER Diagram, Visio workflows and other documents as needed.
• Mentor and monitor trainees, new joinees, Associate Analysts
• Prior exposure or experience with US Healthcare and HL7/X12/FHIR interoperability standards
• Prior experience writing requirements for web service APIs (Rest APIs, specifically)
• Prior experience with XML, JSON
• Prior exposure or experience with SOA
• Agile experience with knowledge of Jira
• Preferably FIHR certified
• 4-6 years of experience in relevant technology and industry

Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree with MBA (preferred) from reputed Univeristy with excellent English communication skills
