What You Can Look Forward To

• Design and implement comprehensive IT security strategies tailored for production environments, focusing on access control, data protection, and system hardening.
• Lead security audits and vulnerability assessments, providing actionable recommendations to enhance protection.
• Deliver training and awareness programs for IT and operations teams to promote security best practices.
• Support deployment and maintenance of security tools, including antivirus, backup systems, and patch management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security protocols into production processes and infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations and documenting resolutions.
• Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to proactively improve security posture.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards related to IT security.
• Travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%) to support security initiatives across production sites.

Your Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT security, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, production networks, and operational technology (OT).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.
