Training & Mentorship: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to Business Associates and Advisors, enhancing their product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of market dynamics. Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and conduct regular reviews to ensure your team achieves their sales targets and KPIs. Motivation & Engagement: Implement strategies to motivate, inspire, and retain a productive and engaged team of Business Associates and Advisors. Sales & Business Growth: Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving challenging business targets for your defined branch, focusing on driving sales through your team of Business Associates and Advisors. Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to expand our reach within the assigned geographic area, identifying new opportunities for growth. Joint Field Work: Conduct joint field work and sales calls with Business Associates and Advisors to provide on-the-job training and support in closing sales. Business Planning: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies for the agency channel. Compliance & Operations: Process Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all internal sales processes, company policies, and regulatory guidelines within your team. Ethical Practices: Promote and enforce ethical selling practices and maintain the highest standards of integrity. Operational Liaison: Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Agency Sales Training, Branch Operations, and Distribution Operations to ensure seamless support for your team. Reporting: Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and provide accurate and timely reports to the Branch Manager. What We're Looking For: Experience: 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in sales management, particularly within the agency channel in the insurance or financial services sector. Education: A Graduate degree is essential. An MBA or Post-Graduate qualification is highly desired. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and team performance tracking. Behavioral Skills: Strong Leadership & Supervision: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. Track and ensure timely collection of Post Disbursal Documents (PDDs) and RCs with HFCL hypothecation. Hire, train, and manage a team of retainers in line with approved headcount. Support the sale of repossessed vehicles to reduce financial losses. Adhere strictly to organizational policies and compliance guidelines. Build and nurture a strong network of channel partners, DSAs, and dealers to generate consistent business. Drive direct business acquisition through the team of retainers. Ensure high-quality service to channel partners to foster long-term relationships. Maintain and improve Dealer Satisfaction Score (DSS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS). Monitor and report competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Review, analyze, and control the loan portfolio at the assigned location. Ensure quality and compliance in sales processes with strong supervision of the team. Handle customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in auto finance, vehicle loans, or a similar field. Strong knowledge of used car loan products and local market dynamics. Experience in managing sales teams and working with DSAs/dealers. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to meet sales targets under pressure and multitask efficiently. Familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements in auto financing.
