Your Profile 2 to 5 years instructional design experience in the SaaS industry. Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design methods (ADDIE a plus). Proficient with authoring tools such as Active Presenter, Genially, Vyond, and at least one LMS (Skilljar a plus). Basic HTML and visual design/storyboarding skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc.). Experience with video editing and social media content management. Basic project management and agile work methodology skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
