React Native Hybrid App Developer (2 4 Years Experience) About NexGen Innovators (NexGi): NexGen Innovators (NexGi) is a growing tech company that helps our clients build cost-effective, secure, and efficient digital solutions. We re currently expanding our team and are looking for talented individuals to join us in creating mobile applications that are smooth, UI & UX-friendly, and maintain high code quality. Responsibilities and Duties: Implement pixel-perfect UIs that match designs. Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience. Report to your senior & client about the day-to-day progress. Help NexGi to create a collaborative learning environment from each other. Keep client satisfaction first and deliver stable, long-term solutions. Implement third-party API & SDKs such as Firebase, Payment gateway, Shipping APIs, etc. Learn & publish an article per week about tutorial blogs. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience with React Native and mobile app development. Ability to design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native code. Knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. A lot of patience for debugging code and resolving complex issues. Understand version control & branching strategies. Good listener, teacher, and learner. Good knowledge of Git and version control systems. Good command of vanilla JavaScript and quick learning to search and implement solutions. Understand how React Native works as a hybrid solution to build native solutions. Familiarity with current AI tools. Optional Skills Helpful for Standout: Good communication skills in English. Experience with Firebase. Exposure to any native platform like Android or iOS. Experience with event-driven programming in React Native. Familiarity with GitHub for project management. Experience with project management tools like Asana or ClickUp. Ability to assist with building estimates (number of days). Job Type: In-office
