Main responsibilities: Manage Incentives: Manage, and analyze incentive plans and focus on setting data-driven sales targets. In this context, the RBM team is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the Sanofi RBM approach to align with regulatory requirements and Sanofi's objective to drive quality, efficiency, and speed of clinical trials. The D ata Scientist (DS) is responsible for setting up and refreshing the RBM application for assigned studies, ensuring a seamless data flow, and configuring the system to meet RBM specifications and industry standards. Understand clinical trial-related documents with basic clinical knowledge, e.g., Protocol, SDS, CRF. Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Able to acquire and apply new technical skills.
