Job Purpose and Impact The Senior Network Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, automating, operating, and owning Cargill s software-defined network (SDN) infrastructure. This includes leading the migration from legacy networking to modern SDN infrastructure, providing thought leadership, and architecting secure and efficient network systems. Key Accountabilities 1. Technical Leadership Drive the use of infrastructure-as-code and software development practices for SDN capabilities. Lead network transformation projects to migrate legacy physical infrastructure to SDN. 2. Problem Resolution Provide expert leadership to resolve complex networking challenges and remove technical roadblocks. 3. Mentorship and Best Practices Mentor engineers, share technical trends, and promote modern engineering practices. Contribute to the engineering community by fostering innovation and collaboration. 4.
