Job Description: Technical Lead We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team, responsible for leading a group of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance software solutions. As a Technical Lead at Netweb Technologies, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our innovative software platforms, driving development efforts, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality, efficient systems. Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development: Architect and implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React to provide seamless user experiences. Backend Development: Design and develop robust backend APIs and services using Django and FastAPI to support the front-end functionality and ensure smooth data flow. DevOps & Automation: Lead and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation. Oversee infrastructure as code and ensure the smooth deployment of applications. Database Management: Optimize and manage databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems. Code Quality & Reviews: Conduct code reviews, enforce high-quality coding standards, and promote best practices within the team to ensure sustainable codebases. Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing among team members. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, establish timelines, and deliver on milestones efficiently. Innovation & Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to drive continuous innovation and optimize development processes. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with React, Django, and FastAPI in production environments, including building robust, scalable applications. DevOps Proficiency: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation. Database Skills: Strong experience with managing and optimizing databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL, ensuring their reliability and performance under load. Linux & Networking: Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and a good grasp of networking fundamentals for efficient system management. Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading technical teams, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Job Title: Project Manager Cloud Services Job Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of Cloud Services projects. In this role, you will oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with customer requirements, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply your expertise in Cloud Services and project management to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for Cloud Services projects. Lead cross-functional project teams, set goals, and ensure deliverables are met. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership. Provide technical guidance on cloud solutions and services to both internal teams and customers. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with customer expectations. Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and implement project management best practices. Manage project scope, schedules, and resources to balance timely delivery and quality output. Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and documented processes. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on Cloud Services projects. In-depth knowledge of Cloud Services architecture, design, and deployment. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proven project management skills, with the ability to develop and track project plans, budgets, and timelines effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present project updates, risks, and solutions to leadership teams. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to overcome project challenges.
