Strategic Partnerships & Industry Benchmarking: Partner with global teams and strategic partners to deliver committed business outcomes. Benchmark against industry best practices and collaborate with AI&D teams to define service management use cases for VBG customers. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Analyze trends and emerging technologies to reimagine and improve the service experience. Facilitate cross-functional ideation sessions to develop solutions that streamline omni-channel processes and enhance digital experiences. Executive Reporting & Collaboration: Regularly review critical projects with executive leadership and provide updates on progress. Work closely with leadership teams to ensure business goals are met through innovative service solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical qualification. Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in software development and AI solutions. Proficiency in Spring Boot, React, Python, and AI/ML techniques for data engineering and insights generation. 2+ years of experience in deploying AI models to production. Proven experience in technology leadership, including architecture design, technology selection, and full-stack implementation. Skills & Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience identifying opportunities and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to improve digital experiences and streamline service processes. Experience in the telecom network domain is a plus. Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing diverse global teams and driving AI initiatives. Industry recognition, participation in standards/professional bodies, and patents/publications are beneficial. Desired Skills: Leadership in Global Teams: Previous leadership in a global setting is highly desirable. Telecom Network Domain Knowledge: At least 5 years of experience in the telecom network domain is preferred.
