Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software developers building the next generation of cutting-edge Database as a Service (DBaaS) on the public cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver high-quality projects on time while ensuring that the operations of our service in production meet targeted Service Level Objectives (SLOs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, experience managing engineering teams, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
