Mechanical Welder Experience: 3+ years Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with various welding and fabrication techniques and should be proficient with various hand tools and machines. Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG welding and other welding techniques as required for different projects. Demonstrate strong fabrication skills for various mechanical components and assemblies. Machine Operation: Operate grinders and drilling machines effectively for different fabrication tasks. Ensure the proper use of hand tools for mechanical work and welding. Measuring & Quality Control: Understand and work with different measuring units and instruments to ensure precision in fabrication. Ensure that all welded and fabricated materials meet the required specifications and standards. Work Environment & Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and protocols. Ensure that tools and equipment are used in a safe manner to avoid accidents and injuries. Inventory & Store Management: Visit local stores to purchase necessary materials and items as per project requirements. Ensure timely availability of required materials and supplies for fabrication and welding tasks. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, specifically with MIG welding. Education: ITI or equivalent qualification in a related field. Skills: Proficient in using hand tools for welding and mechanical tasks. Strong experience with MIG welding and a good understanding of welding techniques. Ability to handle grinding machines, drilling machines, and other mechanical tools. Knowledge of measuring instruments and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
