Role Overview: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in Figma-based design systems and mobile-first design. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our global teams and clients to conceptualize and deliver engaging, user-centered digital experiences across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Use Figma and FigJam to brainstorm, create design flows, wireframes, and user journey maps. Design responsive, accessible, and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications. Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across projects. Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intentions. Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide user-centric decisions. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping. Strong experience designing SaaS-based platforms and mobile applications. Clear verbal communication skills to collaborate with international clients. Solid understanding of design principles (spacing, color theory, typography). Capability to create and maintain comprehensive design systems. Familiarity with user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Portfolio Requirement: A strong visual portfolio showcasing real-world projects. Case studies that demonstrate your design thinking process, rationale, and outcomes.
